I keep coming back to my go-to place in Bangkok. The staff gave great restaurant tips when I first stayed. Everything I need is here: Wi-Fi in rooms, cookware, and air conditioning. Can't wait for my Christmas stay!

Its rooms are spotless and budget with airco, free breakfast, as example.

Simple hotel with extremely polite staff, has incredible location next to a mosque that starts prayer early. Local and fab food.

The property was fancy and quiet with really kind staff at reception desk. I booked a decent size cheap room with ac. In front of a bus station, the location was excellent and unbeatable, near tourist attraction.

Close to popular street, quiet rooms, morning prayers, one night stay before travel, friendly hostess, free breakfast with toast.

The location is quiet and close to Khaosain road area. The hotel is tucked away down a small ally and was quiet.
The room was tiny and the area to stand in was overshadowed by a large TV which interrupted the ability to move about the room. The bathroom was not nice, with mold on the ceiling and little water pressure.

Hotel staff really friendly and the room was ok.
You need to go through a doggy alley in order to get to the hotel and also quite difficult to find.

The hotel is in a great location, close to popular attractions and transportation options. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds and efficient air conditioning. The staff is known for being extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist guests. Some guests even mentioned that the morning lady staff helped them find parking for their bikes. Another positive aspect is that the hotel offers a simple breakfast with complimentary toast, juice, and tea. the location, cleanliness, and friendly staff make for a pleasant stay.
One downside mentioned by a guest is the narrow and potentially smelly alleyway leading to the hotel.

Better than other rooms in the area for a similar price. Nothing special but a clean and reasonably sized room. Great location, only 10 mins walk from Khaosan but not near any bars or clubs so peaceful at night. Staff were very helpful and easy-going
Walls seem to be thin, you can clearly hear people chatting in the hall etc...and call to prayers at the mosque next door! The laundry service is bad value, there is much cheaper available locally.

Close to Khao San Road, quiet place.
Slow wifi, hard to find it, should be cheaper for its standard.

The host was incredibly helpful with tips and organizing activities, making our stay enjoyable. The location is great, with a short walk to Khao San Road and a peaceful atmosphere near the monastery. The rooms were basic but clean, and the availability of coffee, tea, and breakfast in the morning was a bonus. a great option for those with physical handicaps.
Felt very comfortable and had no complaints whatsoever during our stay.
